Reffster for Referrers
Reffster is a platform where you can browse jobs and refer them to the people you know and also apply directly to the jobs which interest you.
You can refer the jobs to friends, colleagues, family i.e. anyone who perfectly fits the job. Thus helping them to find better jobs and in return you earn a substantial financial reward.
On an INR 25 Lacs job you would get a Cash Reward of INR 50,000.
On an USD 150,000 job you would get a Cash reward of USD 7400.
There is no limit to how much you could earn. Infact just by tapping into your social network you could make this your part time career.

How it works
You Sign up as a Referrer.
While browsing through the Reffster Job Board you come across a job, which you feel would be of interest to a friend. You refer the job to them via Reffster.
Your friend receives your email and clicks on the link to read the job details. If interested they will apply with their CV. As soon as your friend applies / rejects the job you will be informed by an email confirmation.
If your friend you referred is successfully hired by the employer then you would be eligible to receive the cash reward (For more details read our terms of business).
Although Reffster encourages you to refer your friends and other contacts but we would request you to refer only the most suitable candidates as referring too many irrelevant Candidates might reduce your chances of earning the entire Cash Reward. For this purpose your referrals are being monitored.
