How it works
- The Employers decides to post a job on Reffster Job board. Reffster sets the Cash reward according to slab rates so as to motivate Reffster members to refer jobs to people they know.
- Thousands of referrers from around the world see your job and start looking for the right candidate in their professional and social network.
- The referrer sends an email (via Reffster) to his friend (candidate). The candidate clicks on the link to read the job details. If interested they will apply with their résumé’s.
- Employers receive the candidate details in their Reffster account and contact the candidate.
- If after the interview the employer decides to hire the candidate, Reffster will invoice the Employer the applicable charges as per the slab rates.
- Reffster pays the Cash Reward to the Referrer.

Referrers will be able to search through all the Jobs posted on the Job Board and match prospective candidate to suitable Jobs. We have introduced a special alert feature which will help Referrers set up Job alerts that will let them know whenever new Jobs in particular industry sectors they have selected are posted on to the site.
