| Anil Apte is a co-founder of IRIS Software Pvt. Ltd. a technology consulting and software services company with operations in India, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. He currently oversees operations and corporate affairs at IRIS. Anil has over 23 years of experience in the IT sector. He began his career as a business and technology consultant with Tata Consultancy Services where he consulted to a diverse range of clients in India and overseas for 7 years. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Electronic and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), India.
Anil is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from the University of Delhi. His areas of interest are entrepreneurship and technology. |

| Arjun has over 15 year’s International experience having worked in Africa, America and India. After studying Management from Columbia Business School he joined McKinsey in NewYork and by the time he left he was an Associate Partner. While at McKinsey he advised clients in Financial Services, Telecom and Technology Startup companies with deep expertise in developing corporate strategies, driving operations initiatives, conducting investment due diligences, and launching new businesses. In 2004 he moved to MBNA/Bank of America as a Executive Vice President. Here he led development and implementation of MBNA’s offshore strategy for software development, Led launch and implementation of revamped hiring process for population of over 1,000 technology contractors and Co-led development of strategy and implementation plan to upgrade MBNA’s systems and technology platform.
Arjun Thakaran is currently the CEO, V.J Ventures - a Real Estate & Hospitality Investment company.
Arjun has completed his Masters in Business Development from Columbia Business School, New York and has graduated from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi. He has done his schooling from Doon School, Dehradun.
