Arjun is the founding member behind Reffster.com and is responsible for guiding
the overall strategy and operations. Arjun bring extensive experience from the world
of Senior Executive Search, having most recently served as Director Research for
a leading Senior Executive Search firm. He focused on search assignments for clients
in the Telecom. Media, Technology & Insurance sectors and specialised in recruiting
Senior Finance & HR Executives across function / industry. Arjun has undergone training
on the SHL's assessment tools and at Whitehead Mann Research department in London.
He had a short stint with Smart Analyst Inc as a Research Analyst in their Business
Informatics division. Arjun received a B.B.A degree from University of Madras and
a Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development from Delhi School of
Economics, University of Delhi.

operations of the business. Prior to founding Reffster, Arun worked for a leading
Senior Executive Search firm, where he managed several Senior Management appointments
across function / industry with a strong emphasis on Manufacturing sector. He had
a short stint with Satyam Infoway (SIFY) in the Enterprise Solution Division as
a Sales Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computers) from University
of Delhi. Arun has undergone training on best Search practices at Whitehead Mann
Research department in London. |
